Shelly Smith joined Worth Financial Group in 2006 and is also President of FTS Life Insurance Agency, Inc*.
With near 44 years of experience in the Insurance industry, Shelly started working for an Insurance Company very young while going to college. Within a short period of time, she had covered most departments of the Company soon learning she leaned towards annuities. Shelly accepted a position with a Life insurance company to assist building their annuity business in Texas. As destiny would have it, many years ago, Shelly accepted a new position at her field office’s top agency, FTS Life. She has never looked back as this enabled her to continue serving the agent’s and business she was blessed to help build.
Shelly’s primary expertise is in the annuity marketplace helping other’s appreciate fixed and variable annuity products* with informed decisions. Shelly is able to enhance her ability to serve her customers’ needs by also offering investments in mutual funds.
Prior to being licensed, Shelly received certification through LOMA (Life Office Management Association). She currently holds a General Lines Life license, General Lines Property & Casualty license and Series 6 license.
Outside of work, Shelly enjoys time at home with family and volunteering at her church.
