Dan Gesin is an Operations Manager with Worth Financial Group, where he oversees operational processes, project management initiatives, vendor relationships, facilities management, and administrative functions that support the firm's continued growth and service excellence.

Since joining Worth Financial Group in 2020, Dan has leveraged more than three decades of leadership experience across the financial services, commercial real estate, industrial sales, and warehouse operations industries. His diverse background provides a unique combination of operational expertise, strategic thinking, and hands-on problem-solving.

Prior to joining Worth Financial Group, Dan held leadership positions in commercial property management, where he directed property management teams, collaborated closely with asset owners and managers, and served as the primary liaison among ownership groups, tenants, and management companies. He also oversaw building engineering staff and provided leadership to accounting and administrative personnel to ensure efficient operations, budget management, and tenant satisfaction.

Throughout his career, Dan has developed extensive experience in operations management, project coordination, contract administration, facilities management, budgeting, dispute resolution, process improvement, and team leadership. His warehouse operations experience includes inventory management, order fulfillment, workflow coordination, employee supervision, process optimization, equipment operation, and maintaining organized, efficient distribution environments.

Dan is known for his practical leadership style, strong organizational skills, and ability to keep complex projects and teams moving forward efficiently while maintaining a high level of service and accountability.
Dan holds the Series 7, Series 66, Series 99, and Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) licenses and is currently pursuing the Series 24 designation. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University in May 1992.

Outside of work, Dan enjoys spending time with his wife and their grown children, good fellowship with family and friends, traveling to new places, meeting new people, and supporting the Texas A&M Aggies.
