Jim Clark

Jim Clark is the President and principal owner of Worth Financial Group. Jim has been a financial advisor in Dallas since 1983 and serves as a Broker, Investment Advisor and Portfolio Manager for customer accounts. He is a graduate of Texas Tech University, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Marketing and Advertising.

Jim and his wife live in Frisco, Texas and have two daughters who are graduates of Baylor University and University of Oklahoma.

Fritz Mowery is President and Chief Investment Officer for Mowery Capital Management and Investment Advisor with Worth Financial Group. Fritz has been working with affluent families in the investment and estate planning industry for twenty-four years.

Fritz is a much sought after motivational, business and Christian speaker and the author of many investment and estate planning articles. Fritz is a graduate of Texas Tech University, where he majored in finance, marketing and economics.  During college he joined the United States Marine Corps and went through Officer’s Candidate School in Quantico VA.

He received his Honorable Discharge in 1977. Fritz lives in McKinney, Texas with his wife and has three grown children.

Kathy Chaffee

Kathy brings two decades of Equity and Options experience to Worth Financial Group. As the Strategic Planning Director, she provides research, strategy, and chart analysis to the management team in the area of Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) and Options. She coordinates correspondence with advisors and clients and provides educational resources on issues pertaining to ETFs.

She has taught ETF and Options strategies at national conventions, seminars, on television, and on radio. Clients appreciate her ability to simplify financial concepts into a format that is easily understandable to all. She and her husband of 25 years have two boys embarking on their college careers. When they are not visiting the boys, she enjoys playing competitive tennis or sharing notes on a good book.

Lisa Gesin joined Worth Financial Group in 2007 as the Compliance Officer. She has over ten years experience in brokerage and advisory compliance.

Lisa regularly attends seminars, conferences, and other educational events in order to ensure that Worth Financial Group continues to provide our clients and representatives with a firm that is a leader in ethical standards and compliance with all industry regulations.

She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the Mays School of Business at Texas A&M University. Lisa is married with a young daughter and son.

Allison Davidson is the office manager for the McKinney, Texas office of Worth Financial Group and Mowery Capital Management.

For the past 4 years Allison has been responsible for the day to day activities in client services, new accounts and reporting. Allison has her Group I Insurance License.

She has one daughter and has been married for 17 years. Her interests are anything her daughter is involved in at the time!
